Responsibilities and Duties:
As an Office Administrator some of your duties will be:
- Handling and sorting company and business mail
- Delivery (parcel) handling
- Greeting clients
- In/outbound calls, Emails and Live Chat with customers
- Other general admin duties
Key skills & experience required:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great at multi-tasking
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be able to build a good rapport with people / potential customers
- Good IT skills
- You are self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, determined, resilient and confident
