Job Type: Full Time & Permanent

Salary : £26,766.32 per annum including shift allowance

Shift Pattern: 24/7 shift pattern - A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, 12-hour shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week.

About the role

• Receive, put away, pick and despatch pallets of raw materials or finished goods from our warehouses
• Process raw materials or finished goods using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Use Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Very Narrow Aisle trucks, counterbalance, reach trucks, ride-on or Pedestrian Operated trucks.
• Undertake regular stock checks.
• Oversee returns.
• Work to minimise waste and promote recycling.
• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
• Contribute to meeting team and company-wide targets.

• Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
• Be open to learn new things as you can be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks.

• Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
• Be comfortable working to targets.
• Have previous experience of working within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment – preferred but not essential.
