Position Overview & Specifications
Reflexallen Group, multinational company with several plants around the world and headquarters on the hills of Guiglia (Modena-Italy), international leader of design, development and production of Automotive components, is looking for a Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our site.
Main responsibilities:
· Maintain and manage daily relationships with customers
· Be the main contact and be responsible of your specific customer (generally area based)
· Provide support and solution to any costumer queries in collaboration with the other department
· Provide to the costumer quotation
· Provide report about costumer meetings
· Generate prediction of sales amount to orientated production pacification - Keep inform the management about its own activity and relationship with costumers
· Home based but the jobholder will be on the road visiting existing customers 3-4 days a week
· Develop a repeatable sales model
· Account manage, forecast accurately and meet deadlines
· Report back to management with feedback and updates
· Responsible of keep and maintain relationship with costumers.
· Complete autonomy
· Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of other persons whilst at work
· Cooperate fully with all health and safety instructions and arrangements ・ Report any health and safety-related accidents, incidents or concerns to Supervisors/Management without delay
Drive and develop sales in the UK (minus Northern Ireland) in the aftermarket section.
· Maintaining existing customers and develop opportunities to promote the organisation’s catalogue products.
· Generate new business, providing quotations, selling the complete range of R&A products.
· Develop best practices for leading successful sales campaigns. Ensure repeatable sales that will promote consistent success and revenue growth.
