Contract Robotics Firmware Engineer

Redline has a potential Long-Term opportunity for a Contract Robotics Firmware Engineer to support our client on a specific development project at their offices in Suffolk.
This is an initial 6-month position with the potential to offer future projects upon completion and offers the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.

This role has an indicative OUTSIDE IR35 determination therefore we can accept candidates who would like to operate through their own PSC.

With technology that leads the way in high performance solutions across a range of industries, our clients' products are designed and developed here in the UK and sold globally.

Working on technology that will be used for very well known sporting events, you will work on firmware design on microcontrollers and DC servo motors.

Key Skills Required - Contract Robotics Firmware Engineer, Suffolk:

• Ability to control algorithms using microcontrollers.
• Experience of prototype development; ideally with robotics
• Experience of DC Servo motors
• Experience with moving parts
