Red Fox & Peacock are on the lookout for driven, driven & passionate General Managersto join our team! With venues around the Fylde Coast, Liverpool and new ventures on the horizon we are looking to meet great talent to join our family.

Rate of Pay

· £38,000 - £41,000 + 10% annual bonus – experience & role dependant.

· Option for 4 day working week available.

· Based on a 48 hour working week.

· Pay is processed on the last Friday of every month

Rota Schedule

Shift patterns are flexible around venue opening times & demands.

To improve work-life balance, a flexible 4 to 5 day working week has been introduced and is available to suit the needs of each individual.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates applying for a General Manager role with us are encouraged to demonstrate the following criteria:

· Drive & passion - having a can do, will do & want to attitude is at the heart of our business. As our Head of Food says; “no passion, no point”

· Our managers are encouraged to challenge the norm & use their creativity & initiativeto drive sales whilst building a venue that our team love to work in & our guests love to be in.

· Experience of working within a fast-paced food business.

· Capable of delivering 1500+ covers per week.

· Comfortable working within & managing a large team.

· Passionate about developing great people and actively seeking development and promotion opportunities for Team Members and managers alike.

· Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating.

· Confidence to let your personality shine within a floor-focused environment, with 80% of your time spent on guest engagement, shift-running & team coaching.

· Evidence of strong financial control – Margins, payroll, P&L analysis.

· Evidence of successful project work in previous roles.

· Confidence with finding solutions and resilience to daily challenges.

Successful candidates must have a passion for fresh food & working in a fast-paced team environment. Working under the Head of Operations, you will be supported in delivering great guest experiences whilst developing your own skills and career within an independent business with a passion for breaking the hospitality mould.
