Role Overview

We’re hiring for a proactive Customer Support Specialist with a passion for technology, a keen eye for detail and a “customer-first” attitude. In this role you will support customers and end-users in building their tech platform with RecruitHub, optimising their usage of the technology resources and be the first point of contact for customer inquiries.

Having recently closed our Seed funding round we are building our team and expanding our presence in the US and other international markets ahead of a Series A in H1 2022.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer onboarding processes
  • Provide excellent customer services on the front-line, handling contact with software providers and customers
  • Support process improvements
  • Learn the RecruitHub platform inside and out to maximise clients’ effectiveness on the platform and help with their inquiries
  • Receive clients’ support requests via internal support ticketing system and emails
  • Answer questions regarding product functionality and produce tutorials for the end users
  • Escalate cases that are unresolved and communicate effectively with other teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with RecruitHub’s founders, product team, customer success managers & marketing partners to identify customer pain points and any new business opportunities

Requirements

  • 6+ months experience in an IT or customer support position, preferably B2B or SaaS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with other software applications is also a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A goal-oriented mindset
  • A desire to test yourself in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals
  • Strong academic record

Preferred

  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 Admin Portal
  • Experience working in IT support
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • Previous start-up or scale-up experience
