R&D Analytical Associate

The Analytical Associate role requires a technical and analytical background to deliver projects for the Dettol EU product portfolio (medicines and biocides) in a fast-paced environment. Typical projects run over a one to three years’ time frame and could support protection of net revenue, cost savings or support net revenue growth through rollout or EPD/NPD.

Focus on project activities as a technical project lead, author and review dossiers and author/review technical and analytical documentation which are key responsibilities. Take ownership of projects assigned to you, manage direct reports and relevant stakeholders as well as support the team with required activities in the R&D shared laboratories.

You’ll succeed because…
You will be working as R&D Technical Project Lead with R&D Ops Project Managers to plan and execute the delivery of key R&D Ops projects from feasibility to launch, ensuring project milestones are communicated and delivered, while also contributing to the strategic direction where appropriate. Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. Plan and deliver technical elements including but not limited to lab scale feasibility, lab scale trials, factory scale up and stability. Compose relevant technical and project documentation including specifications, BOM’s, MoM’s, success criteria, PDCs, etc.
