As a vital member of our team, you will work alongside a colleague, forming a dynamic 2-man team dedicated to delivering excellence. With RDO, you will not only be delivering a variety of freestanding and integrated kitchen appliances but also creating the final touchpoint in our customers' sales journey. Key Responsibilities

• Drive 3.5-tonne Luton vans, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of our products.
• Deliver kitchen appliances into customer homes, showcasing your friendly and professional approach.
• Delight customers with exceptional service, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.

Essential Requirements

• Customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Possess a clean UK driver's license, demonstrating your ability to navigate with confidence.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to customer and business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect with customers effectively.
• Strong team player, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues.

Desirable Skills

• While not essential, previous experience driving 3.5-tonne Luton vans would be advantageous.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, from 7.30am to 5pm
• Monthly rota: One half-day per month (8.30am - 1pm)

At RDO, we offer full-time, permanent positions with a competitive base salary of £26,000 and additional company bonuses paid every 6 months.
