We are hiring a UX/UI Designer at Rapid Agency

Job Title: UX/UI Designer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for designing user-centred digital products that solve complex problems.

The UX/UI Designer will conduct user research, create wireframes, design mockups and prototypes, and ensure that the final product is intuitive and easy to use.

Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points
Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interactions.

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure the product is aligned with the overall vision and goals.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to refine the design
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Experience working in an agile development process
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related field
