Commercial Analyst

Tech Central is the firm’s investment in its future firmwide digital capability, made up of c.600 technologists working across the UK and leveraging the wider PwC network and 3rd party vendors to deliver technology.

The role will also involve supporting the Commercial Team Partner and Director in the activities set out below:

• Strategy and support: Work with the the CTT team to roll out a commercial journey for assets across the firm - allowing measurement of the success and RoI of our assets, as well as developing a culture of people led, asset backed client delivery

• Pricing: Work to create a digital asset pricing methodology alongside senior colleagues from across the LoS. Support growth of this function by providing expertise and support the pricing of a range of digital assets and be prepared to upskill those in the Lines of Service

• Financial and commercial acumen - Work with the director in CTT to drive commercial accountability and acumen across the department, this will be both cultural and impact peoples ways of working. Evolving the budget and financial reporting cycles to ensure that our communication methods keep things transparent for teams both within Tech Central and the LoS who are our ultimate customers.

Main responsibilities include:

• Great commercial acumen - understand that programmes/assets have to be commercially viable to progress,

• Excellent people management skills. Experience in and passion for helping others grow and achieve their potential. A team ethic to work.

• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders. Ability to communicate outcomes and expectations confidently and effectively across all seniority levels.

Preferred Skills And Experience:

• Entrepreneurial or innovation background with experience building and validating new technology products or services.

• Demonstrable experience formulating strategy/initiatives and ensuring delivery

• Willingness to work with / understanding that you will work with multiple LoSs. Strong understanding of the UK firm's workings, dynamics, and structure.
