Bartender

The Role:

We are looking for candidates that are experienced in bartending with heaps of personality and passion to turn it into a must go destination.

Currently someone looking for part time work would be most suitable. How many days you work can be discussed.

This will be a great opportunity for a seasoned bartender to join us in our next adventure and to take the next step in their career providing their own creative ideas and flair to a fantastic location.

Who we are:

No Escape provides a real-life escape room adventure. We currently operate four locations, Oxford Street, Holloway, Brixton and Aldgate and have now acquired our fifth location in Victoria.

Our business model is simple, providing a great environment for a group of friends, family, or coworkers to escape from the room before time runs out. This includes solving puzzles, cracking codes, finding hidden items, and more in order to escape.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist with head bartender in creating our own unique cocktail menu
• Have an excellent working knowledge of cocktail bar service
• Reports directly to the head Bartender/Manager
• Confident in driving revenue and controlling costs
• Providing excellent level of customer service and standards
• Assist in training new bar staff
• Maintaining a healthy, clean and safe working environment
• Great communication with all staff to ensure smooth operations
• Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Excellent organisation and reliably commute for the start of shift
• Responsible for own black attire uniform and keeping it clean
• Creative, sociable, and enthusiastic as well as hands-on, hard-working, and self-driven
• Passion for the drinks industry
• Ideally WSET trained with excellent communication skills, I.T. literate and have a strong network of people
• Natural flair for first class service
• Confident, outgoing, highly organized, reliable and strong team working
• At least 1 years bartending experience

Schedule:

• Hours: 0 hours Contract, 20 – 50 hours per week preferred
• This will include work on weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
