Position Overview & Specifications
We are seeking a Legal Personal Assistant to work under our firm's Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and strong organisational skills. The Managing Partner's Personal Assistant will be integral to the Managing Partner and the firm's day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include examples of the following:
- Setting up fee earners on various case management systems
- Co-ordinating updates to the firm's website
- Checking bank payments
- Reviewing the main "info" firm email account, distributing emails as necessary, and raising emails to the attention of the Managing Partner as necessary
- Co-ordinating renewals of the firm's various insurance policies
- Managing the firm's archives
- Data Protection Compliance
- Arranging meetings and transportation for the Managing Partner-- including various other activities as necessary
- Typing

· Ability to listen well and take/type accurate notes

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
