Freelance Photographer

We are looking for an experienced photographer to conduct freelance photography and floor planning services on behalf of estate agents in SE and SW London.

The succesful candidate will be able to provide evidence of their photography skill (e.g. a portfolio), which doesn't necessarily need to be in the property field as training will be provided. Please see the requirements below before applying.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct photography services at residential addresses in SW and SE London
• Provide 10-20 photos per property
• Prepare floor plans (training provided)
• No editing required (our in house editing team take care of this)
• Collect keys from agents and/or laise with the vendor

Requirements:

• A full frame DSLR camera
• 3 years Experience in photography (bonus if it's property photography)
• Your own mode of transport to visit multiple properties in one day (most not easily accessible by public transport).

What we pay:

Each shoot is paid at a rate of £40-45 based on experienced (decided at interview stage).

This is to provide 10-20 photos and a floor plan. Extra is paid for properties larger than 3 bedrooms in size. Extra £20 available for providing 360 imaging (if requested).
