The Company

A well-established SaaS with an industry-leading enterprise information archiving platform used by some of the world's most highly regulated companies for their all-important, multi-channeled data capture is looking for a Content Writer to join their vibrant and very social London office.


The Role

You will be responsible for researching industry trends for compliance/regulation/technology and creating quality written content that meets each brief and the guidelines of the company's products. Facilitating a smooth flow of information within the organisation, you will work with the Brand and Comms team to ensure that all external and internal communication (through websites, social media, email marketing, print media, video etc.) strengthen the brand image and generate value for the company.


What You'll Do

You will support the Content team by researching and writing engaging content that covers the gamut of regulatory and compliance trends
Writing content to same-day or next-day deadlines
You will write on-brand and error-free text across a wide range of media, including eCommerce copy, landing pages, blog articles, informational guides, outbound customer communications, social media posts, print media, and email newsletters
Edit and proofread content where necessary, written by other content/copywriters, freelance writers, Product Specialists & other stakeholders
Work alongside the broader marketing team to create content across a variety of mediums including video, podcast and animation
Support the ongoing optimisation of content by working closely with all pillars of the marketing team, including Project Managers, Content Marketing Specialists and Brand Content Specialists.


About You

Experience and interest in SEO content writing and web strategy
A portfolio of written content
Unwavering attention to detail
Experience with CMS tools, preferably WordPress
Experience with workflow tools, preferably Wrike
An energetic, positive approach to content and an eagerness to learn
Prior experience in compliance, regulation, law or technology desirable
