We are currently working with a very successful housebuilder operating in the Reading and Thames Valley area who are looking to expand their team by bringing in an experienced Customer Care Manager.

Other responsibilities will include:
- Work with both customers and the customer care team to identify and address issues
- Identify potential issues within the customer service team
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
