Position Overview & Specifications
Polypipe Building Products are focused on delivering solutions to the residential sector. Polypipe Building Products works with national and local developers, plumbing and heating engineers, general builders and groundworkers to deliver above and below ground drainage systems, rainwater solutions as well as hot and cold plastic plumbing products.
The Role: To monitor and manage the order flow process from placing orders through to invoicing. This role is an exciting opportunity to engage with the wider Polypipe Merchandising Solutions team as well as our customers and suppliers at our Kirk Sandall site in DN3.
Responsibilities:
- Raising, changing and amending orders within IFS.
- Executing and communicating daily reports.
- Produce weekly detailed reports to a professional standard.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding orders, returns or deviations.
- Analysing report and system data to identify efficiencies.
- Posting, filing and general office duties.
- Other adhoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience of collating data, analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of MS Office, specifically excel.
- Experience with IFS is not essential but advantageous.
- Customer focussed approach.
- Problem solving aptitude.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Excellent numeracy & literacy skills.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:30am until 5:00pm.
