Here’s the deal - under 21s earn £6.83 per hour. Under 23s earn £9.18 per hour. 23 and over earn £9.50 per hour. Plus Tronc - a fair way to pay tips to our teams with a 70:30 split between waiting and non-waiting teams, respectively, ON TOP of your already awesome wages!*
