Ever wanted to join our friendly team at Pittville Pets in Cheltenham?

We are excited to find a kind, calm and professional animal lover to join our team, and help us with the ever-growing demand for our services! We specialise in solo walks for dogs who need a bit more knowledge and attention; as well as home visits for cats and other pets who don't do well in catteries. We also sometimes offer overnight dogsitting, should team members wish to earn extra money.

We are looking to contract a self-employed dog walker and cat sitter. Our busiest hours are between 9 and 2 during the week, but we particularly need someone who is willing to work at least every other weekend and some late afternoons (mostly for cat visits!)

The ideal candidate will be confident and have experience with reactive/nervous dogs. Good communication, organisation and a willingness to work outside in any weather is essential.

A Canine first aid course will need to be completed before you can work alone

The successful candidate will require DBS checks and the ability to travel all over Cheltenham, whether by car or bike.

Other training will be provided and all new members will shadow a member of the team to begin with.
