Bartender for a beautiful premium Italian restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.

The role will suit a candidate with:

• Previous experience as bartender or head bartender within Hotel Bar or Restaurant Bar
• Cocktail List management (Classics and Seasonal signatures)
• Be uncompromising in your standards
• Be responsible for the daily running of the bar area
• Ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the bar areas and that expectations of guests are exceeded throughout their stay
• Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements
