An exciting opportunity has become available within the high performing Group Management Information Services department.
As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for processing data for the students across Inspire Education Group which comprises of both further and higher education students. To do this, you will be required to ensure all student data is accurately maintained in accordance with external regulatory bodies and any amendments to the data are actioned within the MIS departments agreed service standards.
You will also take an active role in the support of college processes including helping staff in the correct use of systems and processes, attendance at Group events such as Open Evenings and the be a key part of the Group wide enrolments process.
The successful candidate must be a team player who is flexible, adaptable, have a keen eye for detail and takes a positive and proactive approach to their work. It is essential that you a Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject as we as grades 4+ (A*- C) in GCSE English and Maths and have some experience in using Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook. Previous data entry or data quality experience would be advantageous.
