Position Overview & Specifications

Reservations related tasks such as handling communication for the brand
Handle complaint emails and follow up with property and ensure complaint is resolved
Managing property content on all booking channels via our content management tool
Streamline general website updates coming from E commerce and Marketing
Overseeing room type descriptions and related translations internal and external
Audits on online appearance on all public booking channels (eg. Website, OTA´s, GDS)
Audits on brand reputation throughout guest journey (phone lines, communication pieces, etc.
Reporting daily business, occurring issues and important information to the HORs

Experience - you've already worked in a similar role
Software skills - you are familiar with Microsoft Office
Plain speaking - you are in contact with guests, customers and teams in English
Responsible and communicative - you enjoy being part of the team
