SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER (NODE, REACT OR VUE) £70,000

I have a fantastic opportunity with a company that are on a mission to deliver personalised experiences to fashion consumers by leveraging the magic of AI.

You will be responsible for maintenance and development of their main web app which is used by all their clients. You will be writing efficient code, releasing early and often, having a direct impact on a consumer product, whilst tackling the challenge of implementing machine learning algorithms.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and development of the main web app
• Tackling the challenge of implementing machine learning algorithms
• Helping to craft and articulate complex frameworks and platforms to the team internally as well as to current and prospective clients.
• Work will be fast paced, the demands will be challenging, and you’ll need to know a lot about your area of expertise.
• The stack includes Node.js, Express, VueJS, MongoDB, and they host the applications on high-availability auto-scaling AWS infrastructure, which you’ll manage and oversee.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of senior team leadership experience
• An ability to present complex theories and concepts to a non-technical audience
• The ability to develop and code review highly optimised, cross-browser and elegant code
• An appetite for open-source contribution and for engaging with a community
• A willingness to teach skills and knowledge to less experienced developers and to provide thorough and constructive feedback
• An understanding of agile project management and associated toolsets
• Experience in JavaScript (ES6/ES7), Node.js, Express.js, Vue.js, MongoDB, AWS as well as the basics of HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Knowledge of eCommerce engines, such as Salesforce, Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify or Prestashop would be preferential.

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package of up to £70,000.
