We are an independent boutique salon established in 2012 in Guildford. Three years ago we expanded and moved to Shalford just outside of Guildford. We are a friendly welcoming salon and take pride in everything we do.
We are looking for a local, reliable, friendly receptionist to join our lovely team of professionals. You must be passionate about providing the perfect customer journey.
Job Description
We require a receptionist 2-3 days a week, including Saturdays.
Tuesdays 10- 8pm, Thursday OR Friday 9-5:30 and Saturday 9-5pm. These are our ideal hours however we can be flexible.
Job roles include:
Answering the phone & emails.
Making bookings
Meeting and greeting clients
Assisting therapists with setting up for treatments.
Daily cleaning
Product sales
Keeping stock checks and doing orders
Taking payments
General admin
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 17- 26.5 per week
Salary: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
