Administrator
Part time (up to 12 hours a week) potential to offer hybrid working once settled
Skills and experience.
Previous experience with administration or similar role essential essential
Experience with CRM systems - FileMaker desirable
IT literate – MS Office suite – Word, Excel, emails.
Organised and able to prioritise workload.
Resilient, positive, literate, numerate and detail oriented
The Role
Point of contact for Projects team and design studio.
Requesting and inputting of purchase orders & payment certs.
File and job bag management.
Issue Risk Assessments & method statements.
Prepare projects for invoicing. Organise banking for off-site accounts department.
Requirements for the role
Good written & verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, & stay calm & focused during busy times.
Previous history of an administration role in a busy design and print studio (preferred but not essential)
