Editorial Assistant

Editorial Assistant – Full-time, Knutsford, Cheshire

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with editorial experience to join a world leading online test prep company in Cheshire as an Editorial Assistant.

As an Editorial Assistant, you will be accountable for a range of digital online products. You will be responsible for coordinating suppliers and external collaborators in the production of first-class medical content to meet the needs of junior doctors throughout the world. An essential part of this role is ensuring the business quality standards are always adhered to, with all necessary quality checks being carried out at all stages of the production process, and any problems rectified quickly and efficiently.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with our academic and editorial partners.
• A strong command of the English language including grammar and punctuation.
• Educated to degree level.
• Strong analytical skills.
• An eye for detail.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.

The successful candidate for this role will be driven, able to think on their feet and have a proactive approach. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working collaboratively whilst being able to work independently when needed, as well as being ambitious in wanting to help drive the organisation forward.

This full-time role will be delivered on a flexible model of working. Previously 5 days a week in the Knutsford Office Pastest is now adaptive to the changing needs of the modern work force. We currently have one all hands office day every other Wednesday with other office days depending on the requirements of the projects ongoing at the time.
