We have a great opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join fantastic establishment based in the B97 area of Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity with massive growth potential of moving into a management position. Please note we are in search of one day and one night staff. Job Duties
- Supervise team of Care Assistants
- Monitor Patients
- Complete Meds round
- Develop and lead activities with service users
Ideal Candidate
- MUST have previous experience working as a Senior Care Assistant
- MUST have a NVQ level 2
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
