What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the General Manager in the day to day running of the business
• Delivering great guest service and food quality and complaint management
• Running a safe & compliant restaurant though Health and safety checks and TBFC systems
• Monitoring and controlling business KPI’s
• Leading and coaching the team. Delivering training and follow up to all employees
• Stock management and ordering
• Role model the TBFC values and create a positive working environment

What we are looking for:

• Great communicators with a keen eye for detail
• Passionate about making our guests happy and motivated to produce awesome food
• High focus on cleaning standards, who takes pride in both your appearance and that of the restaurant
• A lead by example individual, who drives standards
• Leadership and Coaching

Desired experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Fast-paced kitchen environment: 1 year (preferred)
• Worked in a leadership role: 1 year (preferred)
