General Manager in North London - High-end Chain of Gyms

£30K-£34K (experience dependant) plus bonus on performance

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead our Palmers Green club and help us grow our brand further.

This is a very varied role and as a General Manager you will be taking care of everything, from general operations to ensure the high standard and excellent service in the club, to managing budgets and reaching monthly sales targets.

About you

• You have significant general manager experience and can confidently multitask and work under pressure
• You have exceptional attention to detail and will ensure the clubs are in perfect condition
• You have excellent communication skills and have a friendly yet professional manner with both members and staff, being the first point of contact and the face of our brand
• You have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams, including hiring and training of new staff members to our high standards
• You have good knowledge of Excel and experience with managing budgets and creating reports
• You have strong focus on sales targets and have a track record for achieving monthly targets and KPIs
• You have a creative eye and experience in assisting with marketing campaigns and digital platforms
• You have a positive approach to every task at hand and you strive to inspire your team and give them all the required support to keep our clubs thriving
• Fitness industry experience is a big bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
