Job Description

Warehouse Supervisor based near Wolverhampton Supervise a team of 8 and work "hands on".

Managing the work flow in the Warehouse including Packing stations, Manual Picking, Processing Stations and Goods in.

Maintaining Stock accuracy

Identify training needs and schedule the sessions for your team

KPI Monitoring

Staff Management and attendance reporting; plus personal development plans

Constantly looking for areas of improvement in processes of the business The successful candidate will be working the following shift pattern:

Monday to Friday rotating 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will already be at a Warehouse Supervisor

A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background

Have managed/supervised teams in a Warehouse environment

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in all aspects of warehousing, paying good attention to stock accuracy, customer service and labour efficiency.

Confident in supervising a team and identifying when support is required

Have worked within a Distributor environment (desirable)

Experience in a fast faced/ high pressured company such as parcels (desirable)

Be commutable to Wolverhampton Other job titles that may be suitable for this role are Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse Shift Team Leader, Warehouse Shift Supervisor
