Position Overview & Specifications

We are P&O and we are going through some exciting changes. With an enviable heritage and fantastic brand recognition there has never been a better time to join us.

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to work with the management team to provide a seamless experience, whilst delivering excellent customer service to our tourist and freight customers.

The day to day duties will include - freight and tourist check-in, dealing with customer queries and data entry, in conjunction with government agencies requirements.

This role is based on a 6 month rolling contract and shift work will be required to support a 24/7 operation.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following skills:

Excellent customer service skills.
Fantastic verbal communication skills.
Good IT skills.
A flexible approach to day to day duties and the ability to switch roles when needed.
Great dispute resolutions skills.
