Dispensary Assistant

Oxford Online Pharmacy is one of the leading and fastest growing online pharmacies in the country. We are looking for a full-time dispensary assistant / trainee dispenser to join our highly successful business in Apollo Office Park, Wroxton near Banbury.

You will be supporting our busy dispensary and customer service team to deliver the absolute best customer experience. In return you will be part of a friendly and hard working team in a growing online pharmacy company located in rural North Oxfordshire. Own transport is essential as there is no public transport to our location

Hours of work are: 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday (with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break daily) plus occasional Saturday working if needed (time off in lieu is given in this case). 4 weeks paid holiday, pension and private health insurance available.

Main Tasks will include:

• Checking completed orders against sales receipts and packing them ready for collection
• Unpacking and checking off deliveries and restocking shelves
• Responsibility for GP notification letters and other administration
• Stock control and date checking
• Dispensing medicines if needed at busy times
• Dealing with customer inquiries
• Other tasks within the pharmacy as appropriate

Full counter assistant and dispensary training will be provided (if not already completed)

Rate of pay: £ negotiable depending on experience etc

Position subject to 2 satisfactory references and DBS check

Salary: £10.45-£11.00 per hour
