Marketing Assistant

The Marketing team are responsible for ensuring that all of OGT’s products and services are packaged and communicated in the most effective manner. This role requires a good team player with strong communication and administrative skills, as you will be working and liaising with colleagues across sales, other departments and suppliers.

Your duties will include:

• Provide the marketing team with administrative support; being the first point of contact for incoming correspondence
• Assist with implementation of digital marketing activities
• Support with analysing digital metrics and compilation of reports
• Implementing and coordinating additional online activities as required
• Assisting with content for social media
• Provide support and update the company website with OGT products and company information
• Support the coordination of trade shows and event management; providing support with logistics, shipping, catering and more
• CRM administration
• Responsible for marketing literature and collateral; checking stock levels and updating as appropriate.

What were looking for in you:

Essential

• Educated to A level or ideally degree level or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Digital awareness.

Desirable

• Scientific background
• Previous Sales or Marketing experience
• Project management experience
• Familiarity with CRM databases
• Event management administration.
