Freelance Interviewer

We are looking for remote freelance interviewers for a remote based role for an exiting global launch interviewing talented and senior potential business partners.

The company, a business support operation is scheduled to open 800 offices the start of the first quarter next year and is looking for talented and experienced interviewers to interview the potential business partners on a global scale.

Your interviewing skills, knowledge and abilities will need to be of a high caliber as will be expected to asses highly trained and knowledgeable candidates for potential on boarding that will create the foundation of the global launch.

The ideal candidate will come from a HR or recruitment background so is already experienced with interviewing techniques and knows how to manage and run a successful and productive interview with the ability to identify and draw out candidates that may not be suitable.

Due to the nature of the company and the sector it is in it would be an advantage to be from a recruitment, HR, finance or marketing and media background as these will be the sectors that are being interviewed for.

As the business plan lintels the launch of all 800 offices at once interviewing will be on a mass amount so availability for full days Monday to Friday is a must and strong diary management.

As this is a remote based role interviewing high caliber and senior positions a good internet connection is essential, video calls must be of a high quality video and sound and a professional environment to conduct the inters in.

Contract length: 2 - 3 months

Salary: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
