Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Machinist, based in Montrose.

Experience & Qualifications:

Ability to read engineering drawings.
Understand Geometric tolerancing.
Experience with overhead gantry cranes
IT literate
Worked with automated tools.
Worked with 5 axis machines (5 axis boring machines a benefit)
understanding of how to build machine tools.
Worked my Okuma, Siemens, Solaruce controls
Machined large equipment before - anything more than 500 KG in mass.
Worked with exotic metals such as Inconel 625, titanium, stainless steel, Haynes.
Good attitude.
Willing to be flexible.
