Responsibilities:

• Crop maintenance: Assisting with planting, weeding, and harvesting crops.
• Irrigation: Monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure plants receive adequate water.
• Pest control: Identifying and addressing pests and diseases to protect the crops.
• Equipment operation: Operating farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• General farm tasks: Assisting with general farm maintenance, fence repair, and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural practices and an interest in learning more.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
• Reliable transportation to and from the farm.
