The role will require regular travel around the allocated patch.

You'll have the following responsibilities

Spearhead and motivate an engineering team that is passionate about delivering in a quality, efficient and safe manner.

Adopt a ‘work safe home safe’ environment.

Execute and deliver on all end-to-end customer outcomes and programmes.

Engage with your team to agree on goals and set challenging operational targets that underpin the wider business goals.

Accountable for the P&L, CAPEX bottom line profitability and delivery across the patch.

You'll need to have the following skills & experience

Demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate a large operational team (40+)

Results driven-a proven track recorded or leading operation teams whilst balancing quality, quantity and behavioural change

Strong stakeholder management

Ability to prioritise tasks and projects that align with your overall goals and objectives.

Encourage collaboration and teamwork to align everyone towards a common goal and provides a framework for drawing conclusions.
