Here’s what you’ll get to do:

Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven insights.
Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis.
Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure data is properly stored, processed, and protected.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and tools in data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Develop and maintain documentation on data sources, data structures, and data analysis methods.
Communicate data analysis findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, R or Python.
Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
