Position Overview & Specifications

About The Role

The main purpose of the role is to provide effective recruitment administrative support to Operational Team.

Main Duties:

Use the OCS resourcing portal to manage applications

Pre-selecting candidates and shortlisting

Arranging assessments and interviews

Assisting managers with recruitment activities, posting jobs, interviews

Supporting the vetting team with documentation checks

Attending resourcing team meetings

Handling inquiries from applicants

Assisting at the Jobs Fair and recruitment events across The UK

To be successful in the role, you will need:

Experience in recruitment (preferably in Aviation sector)

Understanding basics of UK Employment Legislation and Right To Work in the UK

Proven strong administration skills

Sound knowledge of Windows based applications in MS Office

Problem solving skills

Be capable of multi-tasking

Have a high level of verbal and written English

This role is for 6 months at the moment.

Based at home, travel occasionally to Aviation sites, nationally.
