Main Responsibilities

• Provide Assistance with activities of daily living
• Carry out services as specified in the care receivers plan
• Schedule care to adhere to timetables that have been agreed for each care plan
• Have a high standard of personal care and show understanding at all times
• Observe, care to the individual needs of the client, ensuring at all times these are being met
• Assisting clients with mobility problems and other physical disabilities

As the Ideal Candidate you

• Are friendly organised and always act in a professional manner
• Able to work independently and as part of team
• Complete all care records accurately
• Able to worm under pressure
• Advantageous to have a NVQ in Health and Social Care (Level 2 or 3) not essential
