he Opportunity

Our Alloa site has a strong historical connection to the local area with over 270 years of heritage in the spirits industry. There is currently an exciting opportunity for a Shift Manager in our production team at our Alloa site.

Our Shift Managers take care of the full plant, end to end, they ensure the safety, quality and productivity results of the plant on a 24/7 basis through the continuous shift operation. They spend 90% of their time driving the operations from the shop floor and 10% of their time developing their strategy and performing necessary planning and reporting activities.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £55,000 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour x 5 Crew rotating Shift Pattern
• Dayshift, Backshift, Nightshift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Ideally you will be degree qualified in a STEM or Business discipline OR can demonstrate success in your previous experience in supervision or leadership positions within the manufacturing industry.
