Influencer Manager

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Manager to join our team and take our influencer marketing efforts to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing 10 influencer campaigns per month across various platforms, including but not limited to, TikTok, Podcasts, Snapchat, and Instagram.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and branding goals
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers who align with the brand's target audience
• Execute 10 influencer campaigns per month, including the full outreach process from A-Z, from ideation to sign off
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop influencer content that resonates with the target audience and enhances brand visibility
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results
• Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends and technologies and recommend new strategies to increase the brand's online presence
• Ensure that all influencer campaigns are in line with the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate the success of influencer campaigns to senior management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of success in executing influencer campaigns
• Strong network of influencer contacts and experience working with TikTok, Podcasts, Snapchat, and Instagram influencers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and experience with influencer marketing analytics tools
• Creative mindset and the ability to generate engaging content that resonates with the target audience
