Product Manager - Letter From Santa

As part of the growing Technology and Data Directorate, the Digital Products Team work on NSPCC’s key products that support critical services for children, adults, supporters, volunteers, staff and our commercial partners. We work across the full product lifecycle making sure products such as Childline, the NSPCC website and our Volunteer Hub are meeting the needs of their users, contributing to our strategic goals, and delivering valuable outcomes.

In this new and exciting role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the re-platform of our key campaign website, ‘Letter From Santa’ is a success. Working closely with our 3rd party supplier, you’ll be an integral and critical part of the team. You’ll contribute NSPCC knowledge, shape the project approach, sense-check the product design and ensure our supplier is equipped to deliver the best product that will achieve our ambitious outcomes.

We’d like you to be an excellent communicator, pragmatic, organised and a natural collaborator. You’ll need a solid background in Product Management and Project Delivery Management. You’ll need experience of working with 3rd party suppliers and of software development within an agile environment. We are looking for someone who puts the user at the heart of everything, someone who can effectively prioritise and who always wants to make things better.
