Location: Warrington officer – Site based throughout Greater Manchester – typically working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday

An outline of your responsibilities and experience

• Previous experience working as a dedicated Painter & Decorator
• Applications are welcome from experienced candidates, who have internal and external decorating experience working within void and occupied properties such as but not limited to, Walls, doors, fencing, facias and wallpapering.
• A successful candidate will need to provide evidence of qualifications and training, minimum level 2 or be time served
• The work will be within the Social Housing Sector so experience in this sector is desirable
• Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily
• Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
• Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
• Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards

About You

The successful Painter and Decorator will possess a Painting qualification with the ability to work across multiple sites, although further training, including in Health and Safety will be given. You will need to be a confident driver with a Full UK driving licence as travel is involved with this position. What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service.
