Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Web Officer on a contract basis, working full time hours.

The role can be remotely provided full right to work checks are completed. We cannot offer sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities include:

Work with the Digital and Web Product Manager and services to create, edit and publish online content on our digital channels
Work with services to create, edit and publish content for the website using the content management system, to enhance online customer interactions and information.
Ensure the website is easy to navigate, with clear information that enables the customer to self-serve 24/7.
Identify and develop content improvements for the website and customer portal, encouraging high quality, customer focused, easy to use transactions.
Gather usage data and prepare data reports, to help inform decisions and improve digital services.

Skills and experience required:

Experience updating websites using a content management system
Experience writing digital content, taking complex information, and making it easy to understand
Excellent knowledge and understanding of transforming and improving customer journeys
Basic knowledge of HTML
