Performance Analyst
Salary: £26,551 - £30,253
Location: Darby Close, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
Working Pattern: Permanent (37 hours per week) opportunity for hybrid working

We are looking for a Performance Analyst to join our small team based in Wellingborough; you will assist in reporting and interpreting data and intelligence from across the service and so enabling managers to make evidence based decisions. You will also provide essential analytical risk information to inform strategic planning, as directed through our Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP).
An interesting and key role, this is based within the Business Services’ team which is responsible for a number of core business functions. Therefore, a flexible approach with the ability to develop an understanding of the wider context is essential.
Day to day you will be using Excel/Access databases, internal software/applications, analysing performance in order to provide insights and identify potential issues.
You will need to be:
· Thorough, with a keen eye for detail in your work;
· proactive, with the ability to work on your own initiative;
· adaptable and able to manage and prioritise your own workload;
· a good problem solver.
