Home Care Assistant/Live-in carer/Night shift Carer

We're looking for caring and compassionate applicants to work as Care Workers in clients' homes in Enfield and the surrounding areas, especially in EN1, EN2, EN3, N9, N11, N12, N14, N18, and N21 postcodes.

Applicants without relevant experience are welcome to apply as we offer free training. As a care worker, you will be paid £11.00 per hour—ample opportunities to work flexible hours. Full-timers and part-timers are welcome to apply. We also have vacancies for night care workers and live-in care workers. We are happy to offer 16, 20, and 30 hours contracts as per the job availability.

As we also support service users from the BAME community, applicants who are able to speak Gujarati, Hindi, and Bengali will have an advantage. Having access to your own car is also an advantage.

Duties may vary based on the needs of service users but can involve:

• Supporting and assisting with all personal care needs such as helping them with toileting, shower/bath, etc.
• Day-to-day household tasks such as hoovering, dusting, etc.
• Support with mobility and transfers such as transfer from bed to chair/ commode, etc.
• Providing companionship, sleep-in, or waking night support
• Preparing meals and feeding service users.
• Assist with medications
• Reporting and recording as per company procedure
• Responding to emergency situations
