Are you an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) looking to join an exciting company which is experiencing huge growth and looking to benefit from the expertise of a committed CFO.
A UK Technology Fast 50 winner at the Deloitte awards, the business is experiencing excellent levels of success and growth, winning the Midlands regional award and finishing third in the UK last year. The business is now seeking the dedicated services of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)to manage and guide Nonacus and the other trading subsidiaries within the group.
Responsible for the company’s long-term financial health and growth, you will oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning, along with assessing the financial performance of the company, including possible risks and investments. As part of the senior leadership team, you will;
- Drive the financial planning of the Group by analysing its performance and risks.
- Oversee the finance function of all trading companies including an overseas subsidiary.
- Handling international business acquisitions / investments.
- Manage any fundraising activity to facilitate growth.
- Managing International growth purchases.
- Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.
- Responsible for running the Finance Team, including setting and assessing individual targets and performance, along with day-to-day supervision.
- Oversee all audit and internal control operations.
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance monthly and for quarterly Board reports.
- Oversee the departmental budgeting process for the companies within the group.
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
You will be full qualified and have a broad knowledge of all corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices. A strategic thinker and effective leader who can make the most profitable decisions. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting, you will be proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. NetSuite)
