Spa Therapist

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and passionate individual to join the team who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment and is ready for a challenge.

As part of our team, you will…

have the opportunity to shape and deliver authentic Nobu hospitality to all of our guests. We are firm believers that the highest level of service comes from genuine interaction, therefore we hold the concept of Kokoro close to our hearts. You will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Greeting clients warmly and creating a calm relaxing atmosphere

• Delivering a variety of spa services (massages, body, and face treatments) according to standards procedures

• Providing personalised treatments and ensure guests’ comfort at all times

• Taking bookings over the phone/email and assisting with enquiries

• Taking care of the Spa environment, keeping it clean tidy

• Having a thorough knowledge of all treatments and facilities offered by the Spa

• Recommending promoting retail products and other spa services

About you

• Genuine passion for providing personalised spa treatments

• Positive attitude and friendly engaging manner are essential traits

• Attentive, understands people’s needs in order to achieve relaxing experience for our guests

Specific Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent

• Good level of English verbal and written communication skills

• Available to work weekends and public holidays

• Experience as a therapist in 4*/5* is beneficial
