Dynamics CRM / D365 / Support / Hybrid Working / Progression

Hi All, I am actively recruiting on behalf of a membership organisation, they are looking for a Junior IT CRM Support Analyst, that is will to learn and develop their career in Dynamics CRM.

What does the role offer to you?

The opportunity to work on new exciting projects
An amazing base salary up to £35,000 (exp dependant)

Responsibilities in the role will include:

1st/2nd Line Support on the Dynamics 365 CE
User Training
Use Dynamics for almost all business processes - sales, marketing, customer service, and want to roll out other functionality
Administrator roles for the system
Work with the business to make processes/ systems

Preferable skill sets will include:

Experience Dynamics 365 CE/ CRM
Good communication skills
