Position Overview & Specifications

NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team. The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for becoming familiar with tools, processes and procedures required to manage and control product logistics to the required specification ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities:

The Charts+ Delivery coordinator will be responsible for performing the following tasks and duties:

Onboarding:

  • Work with deployment teams and customers on implementation projects.
  • Manage customer delivery and support using NCIM for all electronic subscriptions.
  • Liaise with Implementation team to achieve and define delivery timelines.
  • Liaise with support team to handover complete customer implementations.

Delivery:

  • Manage all customer orders with printers / distribution providing all relevant data.
  • Process new orders received from General Aviation customers and liaise with Finance for billing.
  • Upkeep of all administration programs and databases with customer details, subscription information and Chart Manual details.
  • Assist with transition projects of customers from paper products to electronic Charts+ subscriptions.
  • Work with production queues, completing assigned work orders including Supplements, Bulletins, Aerodrome Information.
  • Create, amend and maintain booklets, booklet covers, flysheets and text pages.
  • Complete the required processes to close out weekly revisions for printed and electronic subscriptions.
  • Build customer flight manuals and booklets to meet customer requirement.
  • Liaise with Sales and Customer Experience team for amendments to customer requirements and contracts.

Support:

  • Assist Customer Experience with support tickets related to customer delivery.
  • Assist with L1, L2 and L3 support of Charts+ products.
  • Perform Non-standard delivery activities as defined in customer contracts.
  • Liaise with printers to investigate and resolve customer order queries and issues.
  • Support Delivery Manager with tool development and transfer of new processes.

Administration:

  • Ensure all relevant administration is carried out on the internal monitoring systems.
  • Ensure Quality, good housekeeping & Health & Safety is maintained at all times.
  • Opportunity to learn new tools and products including Jira, Teamworks, NCIM and Charts+ for iOS and Windows.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Ideally, one-year experience in a logistics role
  • Experience of data input essential
  • Aviation and Aeronautical navigation product knowledge would be an advantage
  • Candidates must be numerate and have a commitment to acquiring the knowledge required to do the job
  • Candidates must be able to produce the high standard of work required for safety critical data and work to strict deadlines
  • Quality minded – attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on own initiative ensuring pre-determined deadlines are achieved
  • Must work proactively and effectively with others in a team environment

Qualifications

  • Educated to A level/ GCSE standard or equivalent
  • Geographical/ Aeronautical Knowledge beneficial but not essential
